Glenburnie Primary School is a vibrant, close-knit rural school located just 10 km east of Mount Gambier. Ideally positioned to serve families in the growing areas of Worrolong, Conroe Heights, Orani Vale and Glenburnie’s new estates, including Sycamore Estate and Glenburnie Heights, our school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.
Our curriculum is dynamic and designed to nurture curiosity, creativity and confidence. We celebrate our strong sense of community, with families actively involved in their children’s learning, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
We recognise and support each child’s strengths and needs, providing rich opportunities through environmental education, Student Voice, music, choir, our whole-school concert, and diverse sporting and academic programs.
Our teaching builds strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, science, the arts, HASS, technologies and health and physical education. Our values—Wellbeing, Learning, Respect and Community—guide students to develop a lifelong love of learning and a deep sense of connection.
