Instrumental Music and Choir - Glenburnie Primary School

Instrumental music lessons and choir are offered to students in years 3 to 6.

Instrumental Music

We currently offer cello and violin lessons to students in year 3 to 6. Lessons are held on Tuesday mornings for 30 minutes with DECD instrumental music teacher Mrs Jane Van-Eyke. Some instruments are available for hire from school and we can organise hire through other schools in the district.

Choir

Students from year 4 to 6 can participate in choir lessons with Mrs Katie Marshall. Choir lessons are held on Thursday afternoons. The choir perform in Lower South east Music Festival, with opportunities for the students to be compere and soloists at the festival which is held at Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre.
